Are any of these Haiti donations on Tumblr worth a shit? I’m always skeptical of this crap, and generally go out of my way to find my own beneficiary, but I’ll be honest, I’m really drunk right now, so if you can offer any guidance, that’d be great. I don’t want to make a meaningless contribution. Empty gestures are not my thing. Thanks.
Medecins Sans Frontieres does good work. I’m not a huge Red Cross fan - it’s not that they don’t do good work, but I’ve met a lot of people who have had less than stellar experiences with them.
