I haven’t been following the songs that match the date meme very closely, but when I saw this was 5:05 I couldn’t help myself. This was the first song of hers I ever heard, long before it was on an album, when she appeared on the (sadly defunct) NPR show Next Big Thing. I’ve been hooked since.
