This is Senor Mano. Jen drew him on my hand to cheer me up along with his loving wife Senora Mana, because her favorite tattooist has something similar on her hands which she felt cheered her up quite a bit. They amuse me, but I feel weird with thm out in public, and to be perfectly honest, Senor Mano seems to be unable to keep quiet, and his voice is pretty stereotyped!
