Right now I work at an FDA facility, and I work with next-generation sequencing technologies. If you&#8217;ve read about the &#8220;$1000 genome&#8221;, these are the technologies that are going to make it possible.</p> <p>Right now we&#8217;re in the middle of a huge project looking at how reliable, reproducible, and useful this sequencing is, and it has eaten nearly every working hour of mine for the last year.
